Refund and Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for flooring products under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The incorrect product was shipped.

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Products that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Time Frame

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return, the flooring products must:

  • Be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Include all accessories, documentation, and promotional items received with the purchase.

  • Not show any signs of installation or use.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at +1 7326938078 or email us at  info@eagleflooringdepot.com  Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or errors in shipment.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Please contact our support team to process an exchange.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items or items marked as non-returnable.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Opened or used adhesive, underlayment, or installation tools.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
